Boardwalk Empire will kick off HBO's fall season, debuting Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9/8c. The 12-episode second season of the Golden Globe-winning series will continue the 1920s story of Prohibition in Atlantic City.

Hung's well-endowed male prostitute (Thomas Jane) returns for a 10-episode third season on Sunday, Oct. 2 at 10/9c, followed by the Season 2 premiere of How to Make it in America at 10:30/9:30c. Executive-produced by Stephen Levinson and Mark Wahlberg, How's second season will consist of eight episodes.
Bored to Death, starring Jason Schwartzman as a Brooklyn writer who moonlights as a private detective, will premiere Monday, Oct. 10 at 9/8c. New series Enlightened follows at 9:30/8:30c. Enlightened stars Laura Dern, also an executive producer, as a self-destructive woman who has a spiritual awakening.
