in today?s market place in time i don?t know what would be a perfect business consulting market to start a career in and that would also have longevity in any type of economic climate..any thoughts?

Consulting and ?start a career? are two terms that do not belong together. People go to consultants because they have EXPERIENCE!!!! You cannot start a consulting business if you have no thought what you are talking about. No one will spend their money on a consultant who has no right to consult anyone on anything.
